Post COVID Problems and
COVID Vaccine Issues
In 2005 the NIH began experimenting with corona virus and then it was released into the public in late 2019. This virus that was typically one of the many mild common cold viruses has since caused multiple problems even with mild cases. Most of the early treatments for hospitalized patients with COVID led to the patients’ demise. However those that have survived have had many ongoing problems. Those that have received the COVID vaccine have also had many problems. While we cannot undo the vaccine, we are able to help many of the problems it has caused. Even those who had mild cases frequently have post COVID symptoms. These problems include loss of taste and smell, chronic brain fog, postural/activity tachycardia and many others. Here at the Wellness Center we have been able to assist many patients who have suffered with these problems and not received any assistance from the medical community.

Post COVID
"First I had COVID, then a few days later developed Guillain-Barré. This caused severe weakness in my muscles, causing me to need to use a cane to walk. I developed brain fog and confusion so bad I did not want to drive. I was unable to do small things at work, such as making change. I developed tachycardia and increased anxiety. Had been on anxiety medicine since I was a teen but this is much worse. Now, I am doing better than years before COVID; there is no brain fog, and there is no anxiety. So I guess the treatments worked."

THIS IS ONE OF THE MANY CASES WE HAVE HELPED:
Mrs. “Smith” had COVID in February 2022. Afterwards she began having depression, fatigue and mental confusion and slowing. This went on for approximately one month. The patient went to see her regular physician. The patient was started on antidepressants, and after one month of therapy Mrs. “Smith” stopped medications because symptoms had worsened. Her husband and son reported that Mrs. “Smith” was not herself. They were very concerned. She would typically walk up to strangers and engage them in conversations. She was a very outgoing person. However she got to the point when out in public she would just hang onto her spouse and not interact with anyone. At home she was often confused and during conversation did not want to engage with family. Mrs. “Smith” mostly just sat around.
Mrs. “Smith“ was having a worse episode than usual and she would just lay on her back reaching up and doing something in the air that only she could see. Mrs. “Smith” answered some questions but did not answer what she was doing. She would just say nothing. She was brought to the emergency department because she was visiting in the local area and was evaluated for stroke and admitted. I happened to be the hospitalist that day and after evaluating her for stroke and other issues which may have caused this issue, she was treated for post COVID syndrome.
One hour after first treatment, Mrs. “Smith” started becoming more interactive with those in the room; however her responses were still extremely slow. This was much improved from admission just a few hours prior. After her second dose, family reported that she was 60-70% her normal self and better than she had been in the last 6 months. Mrs. “Smith” received her third dose prior to discharge. Mrs. “Smith” was smiling, talking excitedly and able to walk briskly with her spouse in the hallway. Mrs. “Smith” and family were very pleased with her recovery.
For post hospital care, Mrs. “Smith” was given oral medication and instructed follow-up in one week at the Wellness Center. Mrs. “Smith” came with her husband and they both reported that she was back to her normal self and had only to take one dose of oral medication on the first day. Mrs. “Smith” came back alone three weeks later and had not needed any medication and had no regression in her symptomatology. Since Mrs. “Smith” lived over an hour away, she returned to her normal physician for routine care and was invited to come back if she had any further problems. Mrs. “Smith” continued to do well at home.
This is just one of the patients and problems post COVID that we have been able to help. We are here to help you with any post COVID or post vaccine issues that you may be having. We make no promises other than we are willing to listen and try.
